AC300 Series

The AC300 Series is designed to utilise large format mesh ceiling panels suspended from a specially designed substructure. The AC300 Series panels are designed to be fully demountable enabling access to services above, they are available in a range of sizes, edge profiles and mesh patterns and are typically manufactured from steel or aluminium. Various different finishes are available, typically high quality polyester powder coating is used from the standard BS and RAL colour ranges.

The mesh panels are suitable for internal applications, and can be used for large or small ceiling area and are perfect for corridors due to its ease of install. Services and lighting can be incorporated in the panels or installed between the panels.

Typical applications where the AC300 Series can be installed include:

  • Commercial: Office, Meeting Rooms, Corridors, Conference Centres
  • Recreation and Culture: Museums, Sport Stadiums, Arenas
  • Education: Schools, Libraries
  • Hospitality: Hotels and Restaurants
  • Retail: Shopping Centres, Shops
  • Transport: Airports, Train Stations

Large Ceiling Areas

The AC300 Series can be used to cover large ceiling areas providing an almost seamless look. The panels are supported from a ‘Z’ bar suspension system, which is compatible with a wide range of modular luminaires and air diffuser grilles, etc. The metal mesh is welded to the edge of the frame providing an almost seamless look when installed.

Corridors with a substructure grid

The AC300 series is ideal for corridors, where a a continuous run of mesh panels is required.  The system can be provided with the standard substructure resulting in the panels being independently suspended. Due to the nature of how the panels are installed, they can easily be removed to gain access to services above. The metal mesh is welded to the edge of the frame providing an almost seamless look when installed.

Corridors without a substructure grid

The AC300 series is ideal for corridors, where a a continuous run of mesh panels is required. The system can be provided with a special fixing system that means no substructure grid is required, this installation method is ideal for situations where fixings cannot be attached directly to the ceiling slab. Due to the nature of how the panels are installed, they can easily be removed to gain access to services above. The metal mesh is welded to the edge of the frame providing an almost seamless look when installed.
